The Legend Irvington Cafe

Have heard about this place for years, finally made it in. OMG, every bite was terrific. The shrimp cocktail was as good as St E's and the price was MUCH better. I had the pork medallions and they were cooked to perfection. My dinner companion had the yellowfin tuna the portion was large and thick; still moist even though it was thoroughly cooked. The bread was warm and fresh; each of our desserts was delicious as well. We will go back.

Have never had a bad meal at The Legend, it is my favorite! The mac and cheese is just like my mom makes and she makes the best ever!

I drive four hours to eat at this place at least twice a year. The staff remembers us when we walk to in and I have never had a bad meal or bad service. The simplest menu items are made in a way that you fall in love with them all over again. Great beer options. The most comfortable atmosphere

Great selection! Can't wait to go back! Definitely recommend the grilled cheese and the pepper jack Mac and cheese!

Outstanding service staff. Today, my friend and I had Stephanie who was great. Excellent meal and enjoyed the new layout within the Restaurant. The owners are great and I have gone there for many years. My highest recommendation-Terry A. Loux.
