Taco Bell - Indianapolis

Why does Taco Bell make it so difficult to eat? This place is either closed half the time or completely understaffed at night. The employees seem to have plenty of time to smoke outside while a line of cars waits at the drive-thru. If you don't want to work, move on and make room for someone who does. I understand it's fast food, but when the business hours state they're open until 4 o'clock, I expect to be served before midnight. If you don't want to serve food, that's fine, but at least communicate and answer the intercom. It's not that hard.

I hadn't had a Taco Bell taco in a long time, so I decided to try the taco supreme along with a drink. The taco was a bit messy, but I still enjoyed it, despite juice leaking all over my hands. The restaurant was clean and organized.

During the lunch rush, patrons may find themselves waiting in frustration in the long line of cars only to leave disappointed. This restaurant is yet another disappointment. It's puzzling how this establishment continues to struggle when there are so many other successful businesses around.

I was eagerly looking forward to the return of the Mexican pizza at this restaurant. However, my experience was disappointing. I had to order online because the lobby was closed for some reason, even though the app allowed for pick-up inside. I had to drive through and the person on the speaker couldn't find my order at first. After a delay, I finally received my order, but it had been sitting for almost 30 minutes and all four pizzas were cold and the boxes were open. I called the manager, who was unhelpful and didn't offer to fix the problem. It was a letdown for what was supposed to be a nostalgic and delicious meal with my kids. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth getting excited about.

My son enjoys eating at this restaurant. We tried the new sparkling tea, but it wasn't very good - it was too fizzy for my liking. The meal would have been a lot better without it.
