Nice staff my chicken nachos were Ok but not hot both times they brought them out. The flavor was nice but the temperature not so good. The movie Breathe 2 was good. Poor customer service and the place smells like toe jams. DO NOT EAT HERE, unless you’re rich and don’t care about being over charged. No refill on popcorn and they itemize the tax for everything.Really be careful when you get your order and your bill. We got billed higher than the menu prices. The staff did an excellent job of looking after everyone, both children and adults. I also noticed that the sound system seemed to be much improved since my last visit. As for the food, it was decent, but I found it quite absurd that a small popcorn costs $8.50 without the option for a refill—and it’s the lower-quality popcorn, to boot. Despite that, everything else was so enjoyable that I’m giving it a five-star rating. I had a fantastic time!
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my nachos arrived after we were seated, although my family's food took longer to come out. Unfortunately, the second time they brought my nachos, there was a significant wait. On a brighter note, the strawberry lemonade was fantastic and came with refills. Once we pressed the button on our table to place our order, the staff responded promptly. The atmosphere was nice, and the movie ticket was only $5, so overall, it was a good deal. Including drinks, our total was $57 for the three of us, making it a pleasant evening of dinner and a movie.
Food was edible and the bathrooms were clean. Server before the movie was very nice and brings my rating up a star. Sound was fine, and image was in focus. However the theater I was in was aimed a little low and part of the picture was cut off. Worth it for the price of admission, but next time I’ll probably stick to candy/popcorn and drinks.
I saw SING2 with my granddaughter and the theater was clean, the food was hot and fresh, the drinks were cold and overall it was an AWESOME experience! Well staffed, well swept and a fun night for us! (The movie was real good too! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Movie Grill for you, your date and your FAMILY for a fun night!
The pricing for tickets, drinks, and food was very reasonable. The theater itself was impeccably clean, and it wasn't crowded, so my food and drink arrived promptly. My only complaint is that the seats weren't recliners. Aside from that, I had a fantastic experience overall and will definitely be returning!
