I Had an Awesome experience eating at Sa?on de Panama ???????? for lunch with Jennifer Harris I had the 8oz salmon topped with large shrimp that were cooked to Perfection, glazed and dipped with Cilantro Lime and Honey???? The collard greens are not your average collard greens. They were so good and tender with her special receipt. It?s a ?must try?! The same thing with the cabbage. I couldn?t stop eating them. What antionette robinson doesn't like about Sazón De Panama:
Food was good but they mixed up the order from someone in front of me and ended up with their food it was cold and they took it out the restaurant eat some of it and brought it back. Some of the lamb chops were bitten off and my bill was 104.00 for jerk chicken, lamb chops and salmon. Knowing what they did reassures I will never be back. View all feedback.
Very nice place, smells good. Dance floor, bar and dinning room. The food was mind blowing wonderful. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Food was very good. Service was great. Owners are awesome people!! Will definitely be back!
Best empanada, delicious chicken stew, sides are amazing, I highly recommend this hidden gem. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
This is our favorite Panamanian restaurant here in the US. The food is incredible, and the customer service is outstanding. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I highly recommend trying everything on the menu, as everything is delicious. Our top picks include the jumbo red snapper, greens, cornbread, mac and cheese, Jersey chicken, wings, and oxtail. While there are many other great options, those are our family favorites. Be sure to try everything—it’s definitely not your typical restaurant experience. We will definitely be back for more soon!
I decided to try the Island Braised Oxtail Stew, which came with coconut rice, black beans, and fried plantains. However, this dish was not a stew as the name suggests. Instead, it featured fava beans mixed in with the braised oxtails, served on top of the coconut rice and black beans. It was incredibly flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning—I couldn’t get enough! I highly recommend this dish. My date ordered the J Chicken, paired with six-cheese mac and cheese, jasmine rice, and red cabbage. His J Chicken was spot on—not too spicy, and he really enjoyed the mac and cheese. Now, mac and cheese isn't usually my favorite, but this six-cheese version was the best I've ever had. The red cabbage added a nice spicy kick. Overall, this was a delightful surprise and definitely worth the visit. We’ll be coming back for more!
