Okay, the first time here. Levi, our server, was great. The food was typical bar-grub, but made with obvious care. I had the fish and chips that were some of the best I had in town. My wife had the Bucket Burger, only your cheeseburger, but again very well done. We cannot wait to come back and try some other options! By the way, they have half-price apps before 6:00. Absolutely amazing! We were looking for a nearby spot to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and decided on The Rusty Bucket. It had a wonderful older crowd, our server was very attentive, and the fried cod was simply the best I’ve ever had. Seriously, it was fantastic!
We were promptly seated by a friendly hostess. Our waiter, Leo, was fantastic! He was both charming and entertaining. My husband and I ordered the fish tacos; although we weren't fans of the flour tortillas, the food was hot and flavorful. The Bucket Punch was tasty but quite sweet—definitely something to think about the next day, haha! The restrooms were clean and well-stocked, and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, it was a great experience and a fun spot for adults.
I really wish there was a Rusty Bucket in Greenwood or the Southside of Indianapolis! They have hands down the best salad I’ve ever had, and their burgers are fantastic too. I’ve only tried the Chicken Nickel Salad, but I’m confident everything else is just as good. The service is pretty great as well. Overall, it’s a fantastic place!
Went to watch the Notre Dame football game. Had great food and great service from Christian, Josh, and Nate. Will definitely go back..great service during a very busy time.
