It was 100% the Door Dasher's fault--they failed to... read more The team at this Panera Bread location is excellent! Last night, there was a mix-up with my delivery order. It was 100% the Door Dasher's fault--they failed to communicate with me and canceled my order without even sending me a text to let me know. When my order didn't arrive, I called this location and they said they would be able to remake my food and I could pick it up even though they were about to close. They refunded my order and made me fresh food after closing. The whole team at this location was so sweet and I so appreciated them working late to make my food. Everyone working at this location last night deserves a raise!
