It was just okay. I picked up my order, but I had to push the pick-up time back by 30 minutes. I called to confirm, and the guy assured me they would wait, but they didn’t, and the food ended up being cold. It still tasted good, though, just not as enjoyable being cold. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The food was, as always, really delicious. However, I found the prices to be a bit steep this time. There’s a sign on the wall advertising a duet for $5.99, featuring a smokehouse chicken sandwich and tomato soup. I ordered the “pick two” option, choosing the Huh noodle and the spicy take sandwich, but somehow my total came to $15.99. View all feedback.
Shawna was amazing. I am from out of town on business and she went out of her way to be a friendly face here in Indiana. She knew nearly every person that came in by name and had a previous personal relationship with each of them. This is not typical in this industry. She made my experience in Indianapolis better and I will be coming back because of her. Your franchise needs more people with her ability to connect and serve the customers.
So. I work from home and frequent coffee shops to work at OFTEN. I've been more then disappointed in several different Panera stores, but not today. This Panera store was the cleanliness, nicest, most friendly store I've ever been in, by far!! The staff of men running food and drinks and working the floor were amazing. I'd be willing to bet that most of them could run their own store!!! I am beyond impressed with this entire team. Way to go!! Awesome!! Thank you for a great experience.
I ordered from the app several times they never disappoint. My order is always correct ready when I arrive. I love the hazelnut coffee. Their macaroni cheese is amazing. I absolutely love the Mediterranean veggie sandwich.
I love a broccoli cheese saucer! before they drove to the airport to eat and do some work. it is so less busy in a building that other discs I was in the past. was a nice place to work for a few hours and coffee refills not hurt!
As a Sip Club member who works nearby, I go to this location nearly every morning for a coffee refill and I must say that it leaves a lot to be desired. I used to order my 'free ' coffee online to avoid waiting in the store and when I would go to pick it up, there was no cup left on the pickup shelf despite having received a text and email stating that my order was ready. This usually would result in me standing in line behind several customers simply to ask for a cup that I could fill myself. I have since stopped ordering online and just assumed that I will be waiting to get my cup, which I am also frequently unable to fill because they are usually out of multiple types of coffee. I wish that this location had a more attentive staff that cared about the details and did not appear uninterested in providing a service to customers. It would go a long way if they would consider placing a single cup on the pickup shelf when an order is placed online (how long can that take, even if you are busy) and ensured that the coffee carafes were full. I am tired of standing in this line and listening to the workers complain about how many catering orders they have to fill, only to completely neglect the people standing at your register. The only reason that I frequent this location despite its downfalls is because the price is hard to beat and there are no comparable alternatives in the area.
