These poor people working short staffed and trying to give good customer service deserve some recognition! We sat at the bar because we could only see 1 server! Bartender was running around trying to do so much, we wanted to brighten her day! Food was excellent and will be back just to have her take care of us! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Outback Steakhouse:
I visited several Outback Steakhouses in different cities, and while some were excellent and others very good, this particular one was lacking. The food wasn't up to par, and the service was lacking as well. I won't be returning. View all feedback.
The food was excellent. Consistency is a strong suit of Outback. The Blooming Onion we ordered was huge and enough for our party of 6 to share. The service was good. Our waitress was very nice and attentive and brought us refills on our drinks before we ran out. The main dishes took a bit longer to get than it should have considering how empty the restaurant was but all our food came correct and hot. Will definitely be back for future meals.
Outback is a good place to go for supper. The server (whom we've had before) was happy and clearly enjoys her job (always a plus when you go to a business). The reason I took one star away was that the salad was not cold and it was drowning in dressing. I also got a 6oz steak and I was unable to heat half of it due to grissle. Hopefully, a better experience next time, but for now 4 stars is it.
Good service, good steak cooked correctly. However lettuce served in the BC pecan salad was frozen and got a bite size clump of moldy potatoes in my mashed potatoes
I've enjoyed eating. he had the laughs and hatch shoots with a house salad. I have returned my whole order. I ordered the prime rib outback style, but it came out to look like a dead piece of meat? no typical floor rib so I passed. the menu does not indicate that many items hidden spices that I cannot tolerate for medical reasons. the Brussel sprouts and ranch dressing have a spicy kick to them that I cannot eat, but the taste was great when they can. the owner was nice enough to take off the items, but I left starving and ended with the picking up almost food on the way to home. ? p. s. waitresses shouldn't take it personally and change the service they give because a customer can't eat anything. it has nothing to do with you! being rude will change nothing else than your tip.
Servers kept walking by, never checking in or even getting us started to order or anything to drink, racist--served all the white people and never came to us.
