Awesomely delicious food and house made rootbeer! Great service! Fun vintage burger car hop/drive-in!

Best root beer that I've ever had anywhere in North America. I got the bacon cheeseburger on toast and fries with cheese both times I went. Well better than average, and I will return next time I'm in Indianapolis. Cash only, and make sure you tip!

We stopped on our way to Tennessee and the location was perfect for us the get off and back on the expressway. But the food is what's all about! We saw this establishment on Man vs Food and we had to try it. They still have car hops and they will take your order, but you have to have your headlights on to let them know when you're ready. Your food is brought to you on trays that attach to your window. Really nostalgic. My wife had the standard Pork Tenderloin sandwich and I had the grilled. Both sandwiches were delicious, but the surprise were the Onion Rings and Root Beet. The rings were gigantic and had a tasty batter. The mug of Root Beer was creamy and not overly sweet. The sandwiches were excellent and these rings and root beer puts it over the top.

The root beer fins were the perfect afternoon snack. The warm funnel friars had the perfect crabs on the outside and soft on the inside. Then it dipped into the sweet dip sauce made the funnel frits taste even better.

Place was really good. Rootbeer was great and so was foot long. Tenderloin was okay, but next time for Burger. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was coming out pretty fast and great prices on everything
