The food was as always good and the service was fast. I came through the serving line in good time, although it was so busy when I arrived. MCL was there when I needed her because they were one of the few places that had electricity after the storm. Not the cheapest place to eat, but the food is definitely worth it. View all feedback.

I wish I could have sampled more dishes. I was specifically looking for sugar cream pie, which is a well-known specialty in Indianapolis, and the manager was very helpful. He informed me it wasn't available on the menu that day, but he kindly checked in the back and managed to find some! The pie was delicious, although it wasn’t made in-house. I visit MCL at least three times a week. It’s a great place where I can get all my vegetables and everything else I need without having to cook. The food is excellent! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20.
It's been a while since I visited this restaurant. The variety of menu items seemed reduced. However, the food was served hot and was delicious. The dining attendant was also very friendly.
There food is not worth the money. I had the catfish. It's more breading than fish and the liver and onions are tough like shoe leather. Won't be back
Ordered roast beef Manhattan it was tasteless no flavor and meet was tough
