I order the fillet because I don't like fat and gristle in the meat. The cut I received this day had both. However, the taste was great, and it was cooked just right.
I used to love this restaurant, but I had a really hard time finding something enjoyable on the menu. I ended up with just wings and they were just ok.

I love Longhorn Steakhouse. I probably eat there at least 5 times a month. The food is consistently great. The servers are professional and so good at their job. They think of everything Usually, before you can ask for something.
