What Jay Williams doesn't like about Lincoln Square Pancake House:
I ordered a large orange juice and water. My friend ordered a small orange juice and a water. There was black stuff floating in all cups! I decided I didn’t want to eat at a place that doesn’t have clean cups so I asked for the check. They said fresh squeezed orange juice may have black stuff in it, but that doesn’t explain the cups with water. They never apologized and charged me $11 for the two orange juices that w... Friday morning 12/23 and back again. This is one of my favorite places to eat for breakfast. It doesn’t matter, which Lincoln Square location you stop, they are all the same. You can expect good service, good food and hot coffee. Parking can be an issue here when busy, but it’s free. Booths, tables and diner counters seating available here. I usually order “The Country Lady” But today to be different I ordered the “Indiana Benedict” this is a split biscuit topped with 2 poached eggs, sausage patties, smothered in homemade sausage gravy served with hash browns for 12.29 I added a side of bacon and some sourdough toast. Excellent breakfast !However “The Country Lady” is still the best breakfast on the menu. This and other past meals are pictured below.
This is THE BEST Lincoln Square location we’ve been to. They all have good food, but the food, service, and especially the people working here make this a great dining experience.
Our waitress Jean was on it. She came by often to refill our coffees and waters. The portions are generous, and this, along with the great service, is why this place is always packed.
The food is good every single time at this location… Service is definitely top-notch.
The Pumpkin Bread French Toast is ridiculously good.
