The staffs are so friendly and helpful! They also have a great reward system. These two are the main reasons I come to this place. They also have good quality food and bakery, and aren?t as overpriced as other places. Marble cake, basque cheesecake, and braided breads are really delicious. View all feedback.
What SK S doesn't like about Leviathan Bakehouse:
I got an everything croissant that was really good even tho it was a bit heavy and a drip coffee that was just awful, i even put sugar in it to try an mask the sour taste which i never do but it didn't help. either the ph of the water used is off or themachine badly needs to be cleaned. Everyone working was extremely nice though. View all feedback.
Awesome food and service. We had several things, all of which were good. My favorite was the almond croissant. Poppy seed lemon cake was great as well.
So delicious!! Beautiful space with wonderful food! quiche was outstanding, possibly one of the best ones I?ve had poppyseed hazelnut shortbread was great, loved the pops of salt ham and butter on baguette took me back to Paris chocolate?bomb? delicious mousse and not too sweet I can?t wait to go back and try other items.
On my travels back to Denver I stopped in my favorite under the radar foodie city, Indianapolis. Leviathan, by definition is a old world, ancient, massive creature, often serpentine in nature. @leviathanbakehouse gives off this feel as it reels you inwith old world style breads, then serpentines into amazing baked goods like travel cakes, cookies, and other amazingpastries. The breakfast sandwich, served with city ham, shallot egg, gruyere, salsa verde and bacon on a fresh croissant issomething that bridges several layers of breakfast harmony. The unique combination of flavors served on a traditional Frenchpastry is something magical. Savory, salty and umami create an amazing sandwich. The pastries and cookies were all amazing. Thebrown butter chocolate chip, peanut monster cookies were excellent in the own right. What stands out the most were the Tierra chocolate petit entremet which layered 66 percent dark chocolate with raspberry and plum and the travel cakes. The entremet wasdelicate, sweet and indulgent. Of the travel cakes the white chocolate pistachio was amazing as it evolved from creamy to sweetthe more it danced in your mouth. The all star was the Mara travel cake which included sunflower, a passion fruit cream andalmond. This extremely clean, sweet and delicious concoction was excellent and hard to put down. Overall it was well worth thestop and hauling some sweets back to Denver. If you ever have the chance make sure to check out @leviathanbakehouse it will beworth your time.
