Jack's Donuts - Indianapolis

So this review is based on an Apple Fritter my son bought for me while I was in Indy last week. The Apple Fritter was $6, but it was huge (6 8” large see attached photo). It was large, well made with many apples and the glaze was made to perfection. I like Apple Fritters if you can't say it. My son and his girlfriend showed me the other donuts they bought, and they looked good, even though I didn't try them. Next time in downtown, I will stop it a point and visit it personally. I need a donut like a hole in my head, but I can't resist.

My son ordered them by GrubHub for us and we are not impressed. Two of them are not even what he ordered. The left bottom is to be chocolate cake. It doesn't taste like chocolate, let alone bread. They look like blobs. We won't order again.

We have taken a bite of our donuts and decided to put them back in the bag to go. Tested like old cooking oil. In addition, I have given you three different times when ordering and ordering our products and not even it was even recognized.

Great selection of donuts. Bigger than normal to size and taste. Stop the good work.

Donuts tasted good, but they were marred by the experience of the man working behind the counter. It was a Sunday morning, 7:30 am, shop was empty. The man working was impatient and we felt rushed and not welcome. He rolled his eyes as we were trying to decide what to get and murmured, Jesus under his breath after we wanted more than the half dozen we originally picked out. We will not be coming back.
