I would give this place zero stars if I could. The woman driving was rude and didn’t seem to understand English, despite me being very clear and repeating myself multiple times. The manager was equally unhelpful and just apologized for the driver’s behavior without taking any real action. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past at this establishment.
Only gave 3 stats because hardees food is so good but if it was stars for the staff would be a negative 3.
