What can I say? It's a Hardee's, but there's more to it than that. The young lady who typically works there during the mornings has kept this place running smoothly and efficiently throughout most of the pandemic. I can't think of another spot in Indianapolis that deserves this recognition. What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The woman driving was rude and didn’t seem to understand English, despite me being very clear and repeating myself multiple times. The manager was equally unhelpful and just apologized for the driver’s behavior without taking any real action. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past at this establishment. Who is the franchisee for this site? corporate should revoke their right. first they have to clean up their property. it is disgusting everywhere with the müll (literal, everywhere). second, it's almost 2.5 years ago, since her dining room is open and the last time I called (from the parking lot) to ask why it wasn't opened I was said because we can close it when we are not so busy. it was 9:30 and they were busy when the dining room was open. eating is decent, but the place looks like it probably had rattled, so I would probably stop eating it.
We ordered breakfast an hour before end time and made our order at the drive thru. Once at the window after we paid and waited for about 17 min they told us they didn't have any biscuits and gravy. As I was asking why they didn't say something sooner another associate said they did but they didnt want to open and cook another package just for this order because they were closing in a bit. The supervisor told the cook they had to and had us pull up after 20 more minutes they brought it out and the heavy was not in the bag. The supervisor then went back in and said they'd cook it themselves. I'd probably not have waited but we traveled far and the kids really wanted b&g, it was now too late to go to another restaurant in time for breakfast.This was not a good customer experience at all.
I usually Go to Hardee’s anywhere but this one today was not one I will be returning to I ordered and the meal was priced at more than I asked for. I also waited patiently for about 8 minutes in the drive thru and received my food and it was not hot at all. I called the store 2 times and no answer .
Actually did a good job with food. Only I live close and ordered through the app. Walked there since close and ended up having to walk through drive thru. Short on staff. That day dine in was over at 2 pm.
This is really 0 stars. Just went through the drive thru and luckily there was no cars at first,. All I wanted was a shake, I go to pay it and they taking all bleeping day just to give me a shake that was over $4. I looked behind and 3-4 cars was behind. I look inside and they see me and then they disappear. I ended up goin inside and the manager had the nerve to act like I was trying to pull something as if I didn't pay because I asked for my money back. He asked for a receipt, I gave it to him and I got my money back. DO NOT go this location, and don't bother going to the 16th street location either cuz now they close at 2pm everyday. Find a better location where people know how to be professional and how to treat their customers!
