The burger itself was so greasy that the bun had already become soggy. The menu offers variety, but the presentation and quality here left much to be desired.

After placing my order, an employee informed me that they weren't serving fries anymore. Given that they had plenty of potatoes and it was still 20 minutes until closing, this was disappointing. I also waited over five minutes for someone to assist me, even though there were four employees present. One young lady mentioned that there were five people in line and suggested that someone take the orders, but she was told to restock instead. After a few moments, she removed her gloves and quietly complained about her coworkers not doing their jobs. Overall, I found the service to be unprofessional and lacking in customer care.
