I was charged for it and when they brought my food it had so little cheese that you could see the spaghetti and sauce. I returned and kindly asked for more. The manager, I could hear from the table, said that is extra cheese how much do they want? Well, enough to cover the top! When i got it back they had it right and it was very good. The Breadsticks were a bit crunchier than normal, but they had alot of garlic which we like. The lady at the counter was friendly enough.

Only had... read more Went inside to order take out a little after 6 and no one in drive-thru. We got a #7 made it a meal, #9 made it a meal and a Regular Fettucine Alfredo. Only had 1 family order ahead of us. Only took them 20 minutes in and out. Service was friendly and fast. Food was hot and good. Great job! Will come back for sure.

The place had a terrible garbage smell as soon as I entered, and the floors were dirty and sticky. Unfortunately, I felt unwell for the rest of the day. The corporate office really should do an unannounced inspection. While the staff were friendly, I can't ignore how much I regretted eating there.

However, this visit was very disappo... read more I usually enjoy the food here, which is why we drive out even though the location isn't great—it's the closest to our home. However, this visit was very disappointing. The staff were unprofessional, cursing at each other and handling food without gloves, and they appeared clearly annoyed at their jobs. One employee even loudly declared in front of customers, "I don’t care, let them fire me; I don’t care anymore." The tables were dirty, and we weren’t offered any bread. I won’t be coming back and regret spending $40 on this meal.

When I submit a complaint on their... read more Poor service and an untidy restaurant—there’s always an issue. Multiple times my order was incorrect or not prepared on time. When I submit a complaint on their website, I never get a response. My order was even canceled without explanation. Every time I try to order ahead, something goes wrong and it's never ready when I arrive. The service and overall management of the store are consistently chaotic.
