Donatos Pizza - Indianapolis

This is my second attempt to order delivery from this restaurant, and there never seems to be a delivery driver available. I was then informed that they were canceling my order unless I wanted to pick it up myself. If I wanted to go out, I wouldn’t have ordered pizza for delivery in the first place.

I ended up waiting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes, watching as car after car received their food at the window. After some time passed, I decided to go inside to check on the status of my order. After a few more minutes of waiting, I finally received my wings, but there was no explanation or apology for the delay. When I got home, just a short drive away, the wings were cold, as if they had been sitting out for at least half an hour. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I understand that things can go awry, but making someone wait that long for cold food without any communication or apology is simply unacceptable. It really shows a lack of care.

I wouldn't give them any stars. They have people working there who clearly aren’t focused, and my order got messed up. I waited two hours for a pizza that I never received! I'm going to call the general manager because they didn’t even apologize or seem concerned about what happened. This is unacceptable, and I will never order from here again.

Called and spoke with order service. He read back entire order which was correct. But Whn pizza came one was completely wrong and one was correct but the wrong size.. called and they said they would do the order again. They can?t back with the new pizzaand again the pizza the got wrong was correct and the other one was wrong. Which we wanted to keep since that one was correctbut we were told we needed to give back both of the old pizzas. TERRIBLE

Had lunch at this Donatos, not my first time here, and it definitely hit the spot!
