Yesterday 4/30 we decided to go to Culver's for lunch, we spent 39.41 we ordered 2 Butter burgers one with bacon and ex cheese the other was a meal frieswere bu... read more Yesterday 4/30 we decided to go to Culver's for lunch, we spent 39.41 we ordered 2 Butter burgers one with bacon and ex cheese the other was a meal frieswere burnt, cheese curds( We are from Wisconsin) a 3 scoop Cashew Carmel Sundae, a Turtle Sundae to be made with flavor of the day(Carmel fudge cookie dough) and Strawberries Shakes one with ex Strawberries. The wait was long enough to annoy me but it was to be expected it was a Saturday, as I drove away it hit me I asked for 3 scoops of which I got one. Just didn't wish to go back. The shakes were not Strawberries they were Vanilla with a few red Strawberries dots, and the cheese curds were not curds they were old and the burgers were not butter burgers, the Sundae's well you get the picture. I was throughly disappointed with the food I payed almost $40 for what waste. However, the young lady at the drive thru was personable and great, the young man who brought our order out was personable, and courteous. Staff was Great, food was Horrible!!!

Food is almost always on point and stays fairly warm till I get home. Service is always good. Even tho some of the youngsters have to force the friendliness, th... read more Food is almost always on point and stays fairly warm till I get home. Service is always good. Even tho some of the youngsters have to force the friendliness, they still do it and it makes for a more pleasant atmosphere than not. I like how bright therestaurant is as well. Well lit, light colors, etc.

I dont know if Culver's is technically fast food, but it was good food fast. The freshest vegetables on my burger that was cooked well and hot. With delicious fries paired with some tropical punch. Great re-introduction to the Midwest. Ididn't know what I was missing, though it is a bit cold. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and I'm not just saying that because I wasflying all day and hadn't eaten. Kudos!
