Caribou Coffee - Indianapolis

They do not offer breakfast sandwiches like other food vendors.

I have visited Caribou Coffee twice and have been consistently disappointed with their drinks. The prices are high, but the quality is lacking. The pictures of the drinks do not accurately represent what you actually receive.

I am uncomfortable with the fact that the workers at this restaurant do not wear gloves while preparing coffee, which is a basic infection control measure. They touch the cup lid with their bare hands and the drink wasn't made correctly.

I will always give this cafe five stars. It's my favorite place to get black coffee and delicious food in Indianapolis. Excellent customer service and a cozy, pleasant atmosphere.
