The food was on par with what you would expect from any Buffalo Wild Wings, and the service mirrored that as well. The staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed, which made them rush and impacted the quality of the food. There were inconsistencies with the heat of the dishes; sometimes they were spicy hot, and other times they were barely warm. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
Party of 3. eating was old and our drinks were wrong. I have expressed our concerns over our waiter and she has literally disregarded them. I asked her if our drinks were the same as she told me. then I told her not to be the same color, and she said to me “yes good...” and left her on it. Now the superior was patient and tried to do what she could help.
The first thing we were told when we went into the door was that they did not take any precautions. So why can we reserve a table on open table. I showed the host this and she reacted, I don't care what her email/app says, we don't take any reservations. the beginning was not so good. eating is the same as any buffalo wild wings. the service is equal and the restaurant is equal. the personal is overworked and underworked, so that they are in a hurry and that eating is incompatible. some paint hot is really hot and sometimes it is not.

Simply terrible service! on 450pm, table for four. restaurant was not busy. Try to order four different beers that were active on their menu to say that they do not have one of them. then ordered a coors light and waited 25 minutes until the table comes. our dinner lasted more than 40 minutes to reach our table, and the order was on different ways wrong: missing items, fries vs veggies, etc. cheese on chicken sandwich was sitting under the warmer. only terrible tonight. should have gone to kilroy. will not come back.
I have visited Buffalo Wild Wings locations all across the U.S. and whenever my parents asked where I wanted to celebrate my birthday, I always chose B-Dubs. I enjoyed it back when it was still called BW3. I've been to restaurants in almost every state that has one. This particular location is, by far, the best in terms of management and service, and I swear the kitchen performs better here. My wings were so hot today that I couldn't eat them, which has never happened to me at any location in the 15 years I've been a customer.
