The only negative aspect of my experience at the restaurant was when I arrived and was informed that they do not accept reservations. Although I arrived on time, another group was seated before my party. I inquired about this discrepancy, as I had made a reservation and was still waiting for a table while walk-in customers were seated promptly. They said that they did not accept open table reservations and we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour.
The only bad thing was when I showed up and was told that they didn't take any precautions. I was on time and the party before me sat before my party. I wondered why that was because I had a reservation and wait for a table when a walk sat immediately. the host asked about my name and safe enough it was on her tablet, but my reservation was not honored. they should be removed from the business with open table.
The superior was very rude after we had returned food that was not passed through.
Jess was very excellent and her customer service was so amazing!!! The food was great and she made sure we were set and never missed a beat!
The restaurant informed us that they were not accepting OpenTable reservations, so we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a table.
