Went here mid day, not busy at all. Every table was dirty, the floor was gross... we love MOD, went there all the time when in Arizona, so excited to see there was 1 in Indiana! Very slow, people who doing an orders, also very very slow. Before we were out in not even 10 min. Now i just wait for 10 min and more just to order pizza!!!! So disappointed.. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
