I love going with your girls and dancing on the bar! I also lost my phone and the next day the owner came and got it for me. So really great customer service!
The only experience I had was to get something my wife had forgotten. The person on the phone always cut me off when I asked questions, was sworn and super childish and unprofessional. When I picked up her stuff, he pushed her into my hand and told me to get out of here. Make sure that my wife and her friends are going back here again if they want someone so rude, so unprofessional and so vulgarly running customer service for them.
I have been a hardcore alcoholic for over 40 years and wish this place would be Penny Mixed Drink Night again. I was eating at the bar and the bartender sprayed me with Club Soda and handed over 4 vodka and cranberries to go on. As my brother Jack always says, if you don't tremble, you don't drank. I want to rename this place Pukendale 's and have a mechanical version of my head on people when they are too drunk and have to be thrown away! 5/5 stars of Big Paul!
The owner is rude to his customers and takes his anger to others. I accused my friends to call the police. Absolutely crazy. Never go back.
Walked up to the front entrance,gave my U.S. pass port. They let me in, I like that they have security at the door and checking ID'S it's good to know what kind of people are going in. It's a peace of mind. I like the how the bar tenders are people friendly and know how to treat the clients after entry. I recommend this bar to everyone that wants to laugh talk and have the best time of their lives. On a scale of 1-10 I give you 100 ?
