I really liked this location as it is one of the few Starbucks with tables instead of counters to sit at. The service was quick, our tea and coffee was perfect. The only negative I have is the music, it is just too loud. Plan to bring headphones if you need to get some work done. View all feedback.
What Reynaldo granados doesn't like about Starbucks Indian Trail:
Service not very good I seen to get ignored often when I'm here. Always mess up my drinks and take a long time to fi ish my drinks. I see many people that came after me get their drinks after me. And some of the ladies are very rude at times. Not all just the really skinny light skin girl and the really skinny white girl. View all feedback.
I love this Starbucks, but NOELLE or NOELL is RUDE. Bad attitude with customers and workers. I have a great relationship with some of the workers here and I refuse to be serviced by this woman. She’s insensitive, mean, smart, very bossy and plenty of the workers here complain about her. Management needs to get rid of her for the sake of the business and their team. Enough is enough!!
I came here to work remotely and it is such an unfavorable place to work at. The music is absolutely blaring. I felt like I was in a club. I could barely talk to the person across the table from me. Goodluck hearing the baristas yelling out the orders. I couldn’t take any phone calls for work inside. Table was wobbly too. Not the place to go to if you need a temporary office.
We ordered a croissant and two cold drinks. The croissant came out twenty minutes before either of the drinks. When they finally called my name again, it was only for my wife's drink. It was another five minutes before they mispronounced my name again for me to get the rest of the order. Meanwhile, we waited in a filthy restaurant. Every table was dirty, the floor was foul, and the counter had obviously not been wiped in a while. There are way too many Starbucks to waste my time ever coming back to this one.
Slowest Starbucks via drive thru I've ever been too. Don't go here if you need to be anywhere.
Their slow and make childish excuses. Also this is a coffe place that doesn't brew dark roast all day. I think that's silly. The Starbucks on 51 is much better. They are more professional and from outside looking in they treat their job like a career instead of a job which you can tell the diffrence in service.
