Starbucks Indian Trail

Do not go to this Starbucks if you 're allergic to gluten or anything for that matter!! I 've gone three times now and every time I go I feel like a huge inconvenience to them. I already feel terrible not being able to have the things I want to have but I can 't help my health condition. I understand they can 't guarantee that there isn 't cross contamination, but to not even be able to help me out by answering whether or not a drink has gluten is sad! It 's been very obvious each time they don 't want to go through the trouble. This is the only Starbucks in town that I 've experienced this attitude. They 're about to lose a lot of customers because more and more people are becoming food sensitive and alienating the public by making them feel like a huge inconvenience guarantees loss of revenue.

Service not very good I seen to get ignored often when I'm here. Always mess up my drinks and take a long time to fi ish my drinks. I see many people that came after me get their drinks after me. And some of the ladies are very rude at times. Not all just the really skinny light skin girl and the really skinny white girl.

I really liked this location as it is one of the few Starbucks with tables instead of counters to sit at. The service was quick, our tea and coffee was perfect.The only negative I have is the music, it is just too loud. Plan to bring headphones if you need to get some work done.

We ordered a croissant and two cold drinks. The croissant came out twenty minutes before either of the drinks. When they finally called my name again, it was only for my wife's drink. It was another five minutes before they mispronounced my name again for me to get the rest of the order. Meanwhile, we waited in a filthy restaurant. Every table was dirty, the floor was foul, and the counter had obviously not been wiped in a while. There are way too many Starbucks to waste my time ever coming back to this one.

I came here to work remotely and it is such an unfavorable place to work at. The music is absolutely blaring. I felt like I was in a club. I could barely talk to the person across the table from me. Goodluck hearing the baristas yelling out the orders. I couldn’t take any phone calls for work inside. Table was wobbly too. Not the place to go to if you need a temporary office.
