Panera Bread - Indian Trail

Great food and service. New location has an open floorplan that is bright and fresh. Still have the single seat areas around the fireplace for curling up with a book, however the traditional nook booths to meet up with friends, clients or homework are noticeably absent in this floorplan. Not to say you can't still hold them there just something to be mindful of.

The staff was really nice. When we ordered a muffin and they ran out of muffins they gave us three cookies to make up for it. The food is extremely expensive but exquisite. The mac cheese was great. Their chicken frontera was ok. Their chips are legendary. Overall I had a great time at Panera. Their bathrooms are really clean.

Is it increasing cost or what! is it not sure how this is worth more than $45? Maybe because of Russia's war with the ukraine?

I tried to call this place 4 times in the last 30 minutes and nobody answered. I left there with cold turkey chili, did not recognize it until we returned on the highway (10 minutes later) house (4 hours away). I just wanted to let the store know that her chili is cold so that it is not served to other customers in this way.

I always try to protect this facility to be disappointed! Every time my family order goes out, something is omitted! That's so frustrating! And if I want to discuss the problem, nobody answers! My family is witness! That's why I take things into my hands and form this review. You have to do better! My salad had no cheese, hardly a chicken, and I hardly had any suits in the take-home containers! But I paid $14.82 for a salad and green tea!? It's not okay!
