Mcdonald's - Indian Trail

French Fries was hot and fresh. Tea was good and cold, and sweet as tea should be. The Big Mac was fresh and hot. Had the right amount of special sauce, and the cheese was not completely melted, but melted about halfway what I like. Unfortunately, I was on my way to Matthews, so I can't comment on how it was inside? We drove thru drive thru. But it was an excellent experience. So, if you enjoy their sweet tea and hot pommes, then I definitely recommend going there.

You have to put people back behind the register. Your stupid kiosk doesn't work. The human element cannot be replaced to save on your wage list. In contrast to the stables, at least I did not see any mice running over the whole place.

I always come to this McDonald?s and the employees are usually so mean and aggressive but I went today and everyone was so happy and helpful. I love that and makes me want to keep going to this location. Continue the great work!

Only ordered 3 happy meals, service was a little slow. After leaving looking through the Halloween pails we noticed only 1 was done correctly. One bucket only had nuggets in it, it's sides were in the cheeseburger pail. So the cheeseburger meal wascompletely missing its double fries.

I mean do I really need to review this place? Anywhere you go in the WORLD you can find a McDonald's....and anywhere in the world it all looks and tastes the same. If you don't see the problem in that, then there is nothing anyone can tell you and youshould just keep eating McDonald's.
