This is the next thing I have ever found in a British pub, although there is more sports bar than pub, but the menu is good for a sports bar and there are many tables and stands away from the immediate bar area. The waitresses are always friendly and attentive. What User doesn't like about Hickory Tavern:
Good place to watch sports. Food quality is okay. Do not order the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, it is fallen prey to shrink. Seriously, it could not have been more than a tiny 4oz flat piece of chicken - very disappointing for the price. McDonald's serves a bigger chicken breast. I wish I had taken a photo, but it was hard to find the chicken under a huge bungalow. The BBQ Chicken Nachos of my wife were legit. View all feedback.
Had dinner here. I had Amber as a waitress. Not only was she the best waitress I’ve ever had, but she was some of the greatest entertainment. She kept the whole group smiling and laughing. Ive ate here multiple times but never had such a great time.
Just ate lunch here with a slightly large group. It may have been a bit aggravating for our server, But Amber the server handled us with great care. I’m definitely going to have to recommend this restaurant to anyone that will hear me. Next time I come back I’ll have to request that Amber is our server again Ps. The Philly cheesesteak is pretty good
My server amber was so kind and sweet and went out of her make to make us feel at home. the food was amazing as alwaysss! we love it here 10/10! will come back again!
Every hickory tavern I've ever been to is always spotless. Service was great, and the food is always good upscale bar food.
Had been in in April for a friend's birthday and loved the Tavern salad. We went in after an errand in Charlotte and got a salad and a half order of nachos.
