Cactus Rose - Indian Trail

This beautiful Mexican restaurant has great vibes. The food was delicious and reasonably priced; we spent only about $30 for a meal for two, not including drinks.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The waitress was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food was outstanding. I definitely plan to return!

I used to visit this restaurant frequently when I worked nearby, and I absolutely loved it. I would often stop by to order takeout. The steak fajitas were a favorite of mine, and the service was always excellent—very friendly owners and staff. I definitely need to return soon. The refried beans, rice, chips, and salsa are all delicious, and their tacos are great too. I was really disappointed when my job moved and then the pandemic hit.

My husband and I have been eating at the Cactus Rose Cafe since we discovered this little jewel 8 months ago. We have tried various elements on the menu and have never been disappointed. The food is great and the service and the atmosphere enjoyable. Your little pitcher from Margaritas is also delicious. We have eaten in Mexican restaurants in Indian Trail, Monroe, Charlotte, Matthews and other environments and Cactus Rose is by far THE BEST! We drive 15 miles a way to eat here once a week.

This is a cute little mom and pop/small town restaurant. The owners take a lot of pride in their food and you can tell. This is the best Mexican food in the whole entire Charlotte area imo. Their flautas, enchiladas, tacos are phenomenal. I recommend getting the shredded beef. Homemade tamales- say what! We still haven?t tried the shrimp tacos or the fajitas yet that other reviewers have recommended. The prices are good, too. And you can get everything à la cart. Highly recommend!!!!
