Keep declining my door dash order and over, for any menu item.Very rude, and not how you should treat customers. This has happened for weeks, and it seems personal. I got a refund on the doordash app for something wrong with my food, and this has happened for weeks ever since. They won't accept my orders anymore because of a partial refund on a door dash order.That's not a way to run a business. Very sad

Excellent chicken strips and fries. Like the freshest, hottest chicken you've ever had. Crispy, perfect fries and amazing sauces. Try the ghost pepper ranch. Also their sandwiches are top notch. This place is worth going out of your way for.

So good with zero complaints- a happy surprise inside Eastgate's Jungle Jim's.My husband is gluten free and they happily accommodated some revisions around his meal. Chicken is crispy and large, my daughter and I easily split the three piece tenders. Will return!

We had the chicken tenders and fries. The food was hot and fresh, breading on the tenders was well seasoned. Best chicken tender I have had in a while! Thank you NBL CKN for the amazing lunch. Food was so good we ate it before taking the photo, next time!

Pretty quiet here at noon on a Saturday. Made fresh to order, and all delicious chicken, shrimp, and fish, just excellent. Would absolutely come back when we're in the area.
