Dried ends and a very small portion.... read more We have enjoyed Petrillos for years. Last night we ordered a cheese pizza and a manicotti meal. The manicotti was terrible. Dried ends and a very small portion. The pizza was not much better. 2 weeks ago we ordered an everything pizza which was soggy and not up to Petrillos standard. What happened???? Where is Sonny?

Dr... read more Very disappointed in Petrillo’s on A1A. Tried them for the first time last night with the family and it was a double thumbs down. Service was extremely poor. Drinks never filled without asking, had to repeatedly ask for certain items because she forgot to bring it out the first time ????????‍. Food was very average. It wasn’t bad, but definitely wasn’t a wow. Huge portions, but wished they would use smaller portions with better quality ingredients to step up the taste. Interior was very nice and clean, I’ll give them that. For a place with only a few customers in the whole restaurant, the service was very bad. When your tip is guaranteed because you have a large party, I guess you don’t have to work as hard ????????‍. We definitely won’t be back.

Happy to report that they are open, with good food, the only issue was their short staff, but even so we were served in a reasonable amount of time. HUGE apportions, chicken Parmesan for my husband accompanied by penne with a tasty red sauce, chicken francese for me accompanied by fettuccine Alfredo. House salad was unremarkable though the house dressing was tasty. Fluffy rolls with garlic Parmesan. Everything was really good. Nothing remarkable but a solid enjoyable dinner for both of us.
