On a positive note, I want to commend AJ, a young gentleman who provided exceptional customer service. He went out of his way to make us feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Unfortunately, we were not informed that only wheat bread was available and that they had run out of meatballs, which reflects poor restocking practices. When I requested the manager's name and contact information, the staff member told me she was not allowed to share that, which I know is inaccurate since I am a co-GM myself. I would greatly appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me regarding this situation, as the service I received was unacceptable.

I was not greeted upon arrival, and a male employee wearing glasses and earrings haphazardly added ingredients to my sandwich. One-third of my sandwich was missing lettuce entirely, and the lettuce that was included was already brown. I don't understand why the service varies so much among different staff members. I won't be coming back to this location.
