I ordered by Club sandwich online and when I returned to work ready to eat I see that there is no roast beef. The issue is not that the store was out of roast beef but that at no point did they tell me. The online system allowed me to order and pay forsomething they could not properly make. The workers in the store did not call to see if they could add anything in it's place or if I would like to change my order. When I picked my food up from the store I spoke with the girl working and she did notbother to inform me of any of this. Most disappointing is that when I opened my sandwich they did not even give me more of theother meats that go on the sandwich they just shorted me. I called to speak to a manager and he was not in, the girl I spoke tostated she printed off my receipt and took my name and number so management could call me that evening. I never received a callso I called the next day and Gary (the manager) answered the phone and while I an explaining who I am and the situation, tellsme to call back later and hangs up. I will never spend my money at such a disrespectful location again.

I dropped by this restaurant for a quick snack before heading to the arena. There was no wait, and the staff was quick to take our order. Our food arrived swiftly, hot and fresh. The location is convenient, right by the autobahn, and the place was clean and well-organized. I would definitely come back for a quick meal.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The female staff member was quite rude. On a positive note, I want to commend AJ, a young gentleman who provided exceptional customer service. He went out of his way to make us feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Unfortunately, we were not informed that only wheat bread was available and that they had run out of meatballs, which reflects poor restocking practices. When I requested the manager's name and contact information, the staff member told me she was not allowed to share that, which I know is inaccurate since I am a co-GM myself. I would greatly appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me regarding this situation, as the service I received was unacceptable.

My experience at Subway was very disappointing, much like the previous reviewer’s. I placed an order online and went to pick it up, only to find that everything was incorrect. They were out of roast beef, forgot the lettuce on my BLT, left out banana peppers on another sandwich, and missed the cheese on a different one. Essentially, nothing matched the $30 order I had placed. When I called the store to address the issues, Gary, the manager, told me I needed to learn how to read the receipt. Despite explaining the missing items and discrepancies clearly, he dismissed me, claimed I didn’t know what I was talking about, and hung up. When I called back, Gary told me to call a different number, which turned out to be the same store number I had already used. He then left me on hold for 10 minutes before disconnecting again. I have since filed a complaint with Subway’s corporate office. I won’t be returning and will advise everyone I know to avoid this location entirely. The quality and accuracy of the menu items were far below expectations.

During my visit today, I had a nearly identical experience to the one I had last November. I was not greeted upon arrival, and a male employee wearing glasses and earrings haphazardly added ingredients to my sandwich. One-third of my sandwich was missing lettuce entirely, and the lettuce that was included was already brown. I don't understand why the service varies so much among different staff members. I won't be coming back to this location.
