We arrived at a mild lunch rush. There were a few cars in the drive up and only two people ahead of us inside. They totally prioritized the drive through. We waited a good ten minutes to be waited on. In that time they ran through severalcars through the drive through more than the 3 that were in line ahead of us. If you want to be ignored, go inside!

By the time I realized this I had made it home already about 30 minutes later. UPDATE: NOTIFIED THEM YESTERDAY OF WHAT HAPPENED AND GAVE ME AREPLACEMENT WITH THE CORRECT ORDER.

I returned 30 minutes before closing (I received my food 12 minutes prior) and they refused to fix the mistake, though they did refund my money, which is something. Looks like no dinner for me tonight. This was definitely an experience to remember, so save yourself the trouble. A staff member named Sara was responsible for ruining my order. The Panda Express menu didn’t prove to be much help this time.
