I went through the drive-thru at 4:10 and received my food at 4:30. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries were cold. I couldn't get an explanation for why it too... read more I went through the drive-thru at 4:10 and received my food at 4:30. Unfortunately, the burgers and fries were cold. I couldn't get an explanation for why it took 20 minutes to prepare three burgers and an order of fries. I haven't visited McDonald's in a few months, and I definitely won't be returning to the Independence location.

The restaurant urgently needs new staff, especially for the night shift. There are too many unmotivated employees. They were very p... read more This is by far the best McDonald's I've been too. We stopped by on our way through town yesterday and today. Both days the service was amazing! They were very polite! Food was very fresh and to my surprise EDIBLE! I haven't had great experiences in the last 10 years or so with hardly any McDonald's. Food was delievered fast, tasted great, service was great! 5 out of 5 stars from a very picky eater. Would definitely recommend a stop to eat there!
