Restaurant was clean, small intimate. Customer service was prompt and friendly and food was hot an fresh. Had the Chicken sandwich with seasoned fries good but no Nashville hot sauce available. No complaints ????
My daughter chose kfc for dinner so my mom and I went in and was trying to figure out all that we wanted and even told them it?d be just a bit cause we was still figuring it out. After a couple minutes one of the employees asked if we was ready in a veryrude tone and continued with that same tone the entire time. I can understand the frustration with fast food and if they hadbeen busy I?d get it BUT they wasn?t! Please learn to speak to people or find another job!
I enjoyed a wonderful meal that included chicken breast, and it only cost five dollars.
Everything was great, but I was disappointed to be charged for a Famous Bowl when I only ordered mashed potatoes with corn. In the end, I received plain mashed potatoes. I decided to accept it since I was already home. On the plus side, the biscuits were delicious!
I was quite shocked by the slow and inattentive service. The woman at the window was distracted by her phone, and the man taking my order appeared uninterested in whether I was ordering or not. Just a week ago, we ordered six meals and six Sierra Mists, but when we got home, the drinks were flat and tasteless. We tried calling for three days to resolve the issue, but the phone rang 11 times each time before being disconnected. In summary, KFC offers great food, but they seriously need to improve their staff.
