After a couple minutes one of the employees asked if we was ready in a veryrude tone and continued with that same tone the entire time. I can understand the frustration with fast food and if they hadbeen busy I?d get it BUT they wasn?t! Please learn to speak to people or find another job!

In the end, I received plain mashed potatoes. I decided to accept it since I was already home. On the plus side, the biscuits were delicious!

The woman at the window was distracted by her phone, and the man taking my order appeared uninterested in whether I was ordering or not. Just a week ago, we ordered six meals and six Sierra Mists, but when we got home, the drinks were flat and tasteless. We tried calling for three days to resolve the issue, but the phone rang 11 times each time before being disconnected. In summary, KFC offers great food, but they seriously need to improve their staff.

I aske... read more I do not recommend this place at all. They only earned one star because they got one item right. I ordered bone-in chicken but was given tenders instead. I asked for mashed potatoes and received coleslaw. The only thing they got right was the corn. I was the only customer there, which makes this even more disappointing. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. It might be best for them to close down, as the staff clearly needs better training.
