I called the manager and they could not validate what was sent out from their organizations. I will tell you for 75 and the food is burnt and the fires was not in the order it speaks for itself. I never saw her without a warm smile, and i... read more I visited the restaurant with a friend on a Saturday night for drinks and dinner. Our server, Tori, was outstanding. I never saw her without a warm smile, and it was clear she genuinely enjoys her job. Her service was exceptional, even while managing several tables. The food was really tasty — we had steamed shrimp and a Caesar salad, both served promptly and beautifully plated. The drinks were well mixed and arrived quickly from the bar. My only minor complaint is that the salt and pepper shakers on our table were sticky and could have used a quick wipe. However, the rest of the table and the surrounding area were very clean. I will definitely return the next time I'm in town, and hopefully, Tori will be there again!

I arrived around 11 a.m. for lunch with my wife, ba... read more I stopped by Hooters on my way from Pennsylvania to Kansas to visit my in-laws. What a fantastic experience! I arrived around 11 a.m. for lunch with my wife, baby, and service dog. I can’t recall the server’s name, but she made our visit wonderful. She was very attentive and checked on us multiple times, unlike many places that only do so a few times. We truly enjoyed our time, and the staff was excellent. Thanks!

I’ve attached photos of the order I re... read more Hooters usually prepares their food professionally, but my recent experience was disappointing for both me and Postmates. I’ve attached photos of the order I received. Despite contacting the manager, they couldn’t confirm what was sent from the kitchen. For $75, I was served burnt food, and the fries from the menu were missing, which says a lot. If you want your meal prepared correctly, I suggest ordering in person. I’ve requested a refund from Postmates and won’t be using their service again, as evidenced by the attached pictures.

I enjoyed most of my visit until near the end when two gentlemen came in. I was watching the TV behind them, while they were focused on the one above me. Everything was fine until the manager, Christian, came over to their table and changed the channel on the TV I had been watching. The two gentlemen apologized since they hadn’t requested the change. I just hope that in the future, more consideration can be given to all customers, as this felt somewhat inconsiderate.
