The fi... read more Friends highly recommended this place for pizza in the Independence area. We tried stromboli, garlic knots and pizza all takeout. All tasted pretty good. The first day we went there was a sign on the door saying it was closed. Another restaurant in town was closed due to staff illness so we suspected the same here. The next day we couldn't get an answer to the phone but decided to try just showing up and were able to order. It's a small place with indoor and outdoor seating, but if you sit outside you'll need to order inside first and then go back in to get your food. The food was good not the best we've ever had, but good enough to return. If you pay with cash you don't get charged 3.5% extra on your orders.

The crust is crunchy on the outside and tender soft on the inside. We got the Works Supreme. As you can see, they don't skimp on the toppings!!

Lovely outdoor seating area, the staff and service were quite good, the restaurant was clean and well kept but the food was the real star! My wife’s garden salad was big enough to eat three times and she absolutely loved her spaghetti! I ordered the small calzone. It came out and was the biggest calzone I’ve ever seen!! The crisp crunchy freshness of the ingredients with the cheese and the dough was incredible! What an amazing amazing flavor! Independence, Virginia may be a small town, but they have a big flavor pizza place as an option to eat! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to or through Independence.

I’ve never been... read more Very quick initial acknowledgment of guests. I have been there many times, and the food is made and served pretty quickly after order is placed. I’ve never been disappointed, in any way. Always enough leftover to take home if I’m still hungry. Lots of outdoor seating once it’s warming up.
