Aunt Bea's Bbq Of Independence
Aunt Bea's Bbq Of Independence
Description
Aunt Bea’s Independence is a roadside drive-through known for budget-friendly, southern-style breakfasts that can be hearty and homestyle on good days. Service and quality are inconsistent: upbeat staff make meals enjoyable, but headset issues, crowded back-of-house conditions and occasional rude interactions lead to charred, undercooked or bland items. Ideal for highway travelers seeking a quick, inexpensive stop, but come prepared for variable food and customer service.

You can't please everyone; people will always have their opinions. I had the breakfast, and it was really good. I think the biscuits could use a bit more milk and butter in the mix to hold together better after taking a bite, but the flavor was excellent. The prices are reasonable, and I would definitely recommend it to a newcomer. By the way, I'm new to the area from Florida, and I think it stands up well against fast food options, but it's better in my opinion. Thanks, everyone! Have a great day!
I have been here a number of times as there aren't a lot of options near me. It has never been fantastic but it's food and it's usually fast. Today however I was yelled at because I wasn't ordering fast enough even though no one was behind me in line. I was also charged more for 2 sandwiches than I would have been to buy them each individually. The terrible customer service and the astronomical prices have driven me away. I will not be back.
The food was really good! Just a heads up, though – it operates more like a fast food establishment.
