Katsuyasu Japanese Restaurant - Imus

After coming across their restaurant information on Facebook, I was eager to give it a try as I'm a huge fan of Japanese cuisine. I was especially excited to try their Sushi and was thrilled to learn that they also offer Uni (Sea Urchin). Unfortunately, Uni was not available when I visited, but I plan to return. I tried their Beef Ramen, Unagi Sushi (Eel), California Maki, and Yakisoba, all of which were delicious. I will definitely be returning for more and am eager to try the Uni next time.
