Today I was for the first time at the host lunch 900: in an elegant and comfortable environment, Mr. Horace greeted us and recommended with extreme kindness! I chose the degotation Fish-based menu (we are in mid-August, I propose to try the Romagna cuisine with the fresh appetizer: the gazpacho tomato with steamed canots and the reduction of yellow tomatoes, simply delicious; the dry calves to the seafood of the scar...
