Today I was for the first time at the host lunch 900: in an elegant and comfortable environment, Mr. Horace greeted us and recommended with extreme kindness! I chose the degotation Fish-based menu (we are in mid-August, I propose to try the Romagna cuisine with the fresh appetizer: the gazpacho tomato with steamed canots and the reduction of yellow tomatoes, simply delicious; the dry calves to the seafood of the scardovari bag, in white with mussels and clams are a pleasant discovery; the mixed fried with vegetables has nothing to do with the usual fringe fried very full-bodied wine paper, I accompanied the fish menu with a nice crisp cold pinch! I loved the place, with a nice and fresh garden just outside the famous racetrack, and the food was really excellent; my son got the perfect ragù (what americans call bolognese with home made pasta, which is really recomendable, and the ingredients in all dishes are highly selected and top quality. Don 't miss the desserts! The only downside was the service, definitely too slow.
