When the food arrived, I noticed that both bowls were completely missing the chicken. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but the first employee I spoke with struggled to understand me due to language barriers. A young male staff member took over the call, and I explained that our chicken bowls did not contain any chicken. He informed me that they had run out. I then asked why they hadn't called us, offered a refund, or suggested substitutions. Unfortunately, he hung up on me! I'm really frustrated with the lack of care from the staff here.
