The Bolero is Illingen's gastronomic pearl. Regardless of whether it was a starter, a main course or the cappuccino at the end: no one in our group of four had anything to complain about. And that doesn't happen often for us. I had the steak; It was perfectly medium, buttery tender and still had a good bite. That speaks for good quality. The cappuccino is prepared with a portafilter machine and is top class. The service was outstanding. At no point did we feel left alone. A host always kept an eye on us in the background without being intrusive. As soon as it even appeared that something might be missing, someone was at the table to fulfill our wishes. It should be mentioned that the store was packed. We never noticed this in the staff. Hosts who are passionate about ensuring their guests have a good time.
