We come here every year and always look forward to it because we loved th... read more I had breakfast at this restaurant today, and unfortunately, it will be my last visit. We come here every year and always look forward to it because we loved their breakfast. However, this morning's experience was disappointing. I ordered the carnitas omelet, while my spouse chose the burrito. My omelet came topped with a slice of unmelted pepper jack cheese, resembling something a middle school cooking class might whip up. The carnitas were greasy and virtually inedible, and my side of home fries was cold. Thankfully, I ordered the green chili sauce on the side, but it turned out to be a cold, greasy, congealed mess. My spouse found his burrito to be bland and lacking flavor. It seems like there’s been a shift in management because, in the past, the manager would come around to check on the diners, but this time there was no supervision. One of the waitresses was even sitting at the bar drinking coffee while the restaurant was nearly full. I’m not sure why these changes were made, but they certainly weren’t for the better.

On the first night, I had a burger that was overcooked, though it did taste good. The second night, we waited more than 30 minutes for a salad that our waitress said was made incorrectly. How can you mess up a salad? We ended up leaving, and they refused to compensate us. Absolutely ridiculous!

The staff here is always really friendly and the food is great! I ordered the shrimp basket this time around and it came with twelve shrimp and a big portion of fries. The food arrives fast and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. The shrimp were delicious and they gave me two cups of yummy cocktails sauce to dip. My grandpa was happy with his gigantic cobb salad, and my dad enjoyed his seafood basket which had a variety of items. My mom said the chicken fried steak was good but the gravy was a bit floury. Huge portions, decent prices, and yummy food. This place is great!

The couple ahead of me was already expressing their frustrations about her, and I thought it couldn't be that bad – but I was mistaken! She was rude and inattentive, truly a poor representation of customer service. Once we finally got seated, she came to take our drink orders before I even had a chance to look at the menu, and when I needed more time, she became upset and walked away. It felt like those who are non-native speakers were treated as if they should wait longer in line. The whole experience was a complete mess! I won't be returning to this casino because of it. I can only give it two stars since the food was reasonably decent.
