The last 4 times were beyond disspoi... read more Wow this place has really gone downhill. Every single time another issue. A year ago I was happy to come here, not anymore. The last 4 times were beyond disspointing. I worked at Subway years ago. I know sizes have changed but this is beyond that. Not all locations are as bad as this one. You would think in a small town, you would actually care about the people will keep your Business going in the slow times. Please explain to me how this is a 14$ sandwich. Wouldn 't even fill up my 8 year old. That 's a mini bic lighter and it 's bigger then the monster sandwich

Your toaster was not working again for... read more I placed an online order at Subway today in Ignacio. —a toasted rotisserie chicken that I had no choice but to eat cold. Your toaster was not working again for probably the 10th time in the past six months. There was also no iced tea for my large drink. I had prepaid. When I asked about a refund the counter person just looked at me and said there’s nothing they can do. She said-Here’s a card for you to complain to. I don’t drink soda, so I left with an empty cup and my cold sandwich. It didn’t help that the young lady at the counter then lied and said that she tried to call me 3 times about the issue with my order. The phone number in my profile is my phone number and I never received any phone call. This exact same issue happened several weeks ago and I guess it proves my stupidity that I ordered again. Not many options in this small town of Ignacio, but obviously this is not a good option.
