Rooms are very clean and well equipped, including tea and coffee making facilities, safe and hair drier to name but a few. The arrival was painless and very welcoming, check out can be completed online or at the desk. Car parking was free whilst staying at the hotel and spacious.

The hotel is very nice, with a central location and the added convenien... read more My wife and I stayed at the Ariane Hotel in Ypres from 12 to 14 December for two nights. The hotel is very nice, with a central location and the added convenience of parking. The staff were friendly, the rooms cosy, and the restaurant and bar were excellent and a real highlight of our stay. The only drawbacks were a very strict check-in time of 15:00 and an issue with room cleaning: although staff clearly entered the room, it was not cleaned. When this was mentioned at reception, the only action taken was providing fresh towels.
