Rooms are very clean and well equipped, including tea and coffee making facilities, safe and hair drier to name but a few. The arrival was painless and very welcoming, check out can be completed online or at the desk. Car parking was free whilst staying at the hotel and spacious.

The hotel is very nice, with a central location and the added convenience of parking. The staff were friendly, the rooms cosy, and the restaurant and bar were excellent and a real highlight of our stay. The only drawbacks were a very strict check-in time of 15:00 and an issue with room cleaning: although staff clearly entered the room, it was not cleaned. When this was mentioned at reception, the only action taken was providing fresh towels.

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable and well designed rooms. Great location, less than 10 mins walk into town centre. We booked a 'Comfy ' double room, which was extremely well appointed and with all the facilities you would expect from a 4* hotel. Breakfast was superb, with a great selection of hot cold food and better than many 5* hotels I have stayed in. Can definitely recommend when visiting Ypres!

If you order a hot chocolate in the bar it comes with a little pot of homemade advocaat. Excellent breakfast too. Highly recommended you stay here. All of the staff are friendly and helpful.
