The fish: wonderfully crispy on the outside, wonderfully juicy on the inside – perfectly prepared. The wakame salad brings a fresh seafood note into play, which is ideally complemented by the creamy sesame sauce. The sauce is not only a visual eye-catcher, but also a true taste highlight that ties everything on the plate together. A harmonious, creative dish that shows how much attention to detail goes into the kitchen here. It's just a shame it's not on the menu permanently – so grab it when it's offered again as a daily special! Five stars – without question.
